About the Event
Come sweat it out for a great cause! Hapa Mana is a 100% volunteer based 501c3 nonprofit organization that holds FREE sports camps for youth (K-12) with a focus on "life lessons through sports".
Hapa Mana is holding their FIRST EVER Fitness FUNdraiser event for GROWN-UPS! (Ages 14+ welcome to participate)
Staying true to our cause, your keiki are also welcome and they can participate in a FREE mini sports camp while you workout!
This will not be your typical workout session. Come try a variety of workouts from Yoga, Pilates, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Crossfit and personal fitness specialists.
There will be three session times available. Snacks and water will be provided. Please bring your own reusable water bottle, yoga mat, and wear athletic shoes.
Session One - 6:00AM Check-IN, Warm-up @ 6:15AM Session Two - 7:45AM Check-IN, Warm-up @ 8AM Session Three - 9:30AM Check-IN, Warm-up @ 9:45AM
